It is our firm belief that no concrete project is successful if an accident occurs. At Excell Concrete, we focus on a “Zero Accident” culture and work hard to instill this mentality in our work force.

Each of our Foremen is required to have OSHA 30-Hour Safety training. Additional certifications held by many of our field supervisors include Fall Protection, Confined Space, and Excavation-Competent Person. Additionally, our employees are CPR and First Aid certified.

To help ensure safety Excellence and constant improvement, we employ a highly qualified third-party safety officer to regularly inspect our work-sites, vehicles, and equipment. Our safety officer is authorized to make immediate necessary corrections and communicates additional recommendations to both field and management level supervision.
